We have uploaded photos from the workshops from our latest project Service, a skills exchange platform held during the London Festival of Architecture 2010 at Highstreet 2012 in collaboration with The Architecture Foundation and supported by Newham council.

We worked with textile artist Celia Pym, architect Tomas Klassnik, illustrator Natsko Seki, sculptor Nao Matsunaga, architects David Knight and Cristina Monteiro and Use Development Organisation.

We have just started blogging for Artrebels.
ArtRebels is a creative business, a movement and a network for artists, musicians, designers, film makers, cultural activists, web designers, event makers and other creative souls.

Have a read about Jordi Ferreiro, he is a very interesting guy based in Barcelona with a practice that focuses on the values of collaborative work.

London Festival of Architecture

Household doesPosted by Household 02 Jun, 2010 12:18AM

We will be holding a two day event on the 26th-27th June called Service at London Festival of Architecture as part of the Highstreet 2012 project. It is in collaboration with The Architecture Foundation and with great support from Newham Council.

Service will be a temporary skills exchange platform in a vacant retail unit in Stratford. Learn how to mend your damaged domestic goods - from un-bound books to wonky chairs - in expert and designer workshops, or collaborate on local projects including personalised map-making.

Fix the home and the city with new found skills!

And once again we will be working with Sara Melin
